DAY 77 SATURDAY MARCH 26, 2011: CRAMING IT ALL IN.

I’ll admit, I was a little paranoid that we wouldn’t get to see everything we wanted to before our weekend was over. We had an obscene amount of things to see in all different directions, but we were determined to get it done. First we visited Gaudi’s Park Guell. Let me just say WOW. It’s enormous and absolutely gorgeous! There we saw amazing gingerbread houses, a color bench that is actually the largest in the world, and we saw the famous Lizard! After the park we headed towards a famous opera house, saw the Spanish Arc de Triumph, went to a park and went to the beach. The Mediterranean is incredible! The weather was great and so we walked in the water and sat around taking photos. Next we went to see the most spectacular show in the world, the Munjuic fountain show. It’s amazing! And magical! It would play dramatic music and change colors. It was like a scene out of a Disney movie. Cadia was ecstatic. We watched the show multiple times and took photos of the art history museum facing the fountains. This was probably my favorite day of all, and everything planned was accomplished.
